Seasonal Bliss may amend, update or change the website including these Terms and Conditions of Use. Revised terms will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately unless otherwise stated. By continuing to use the website after any amendment becomes effective you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use as amended. All material on the website is owned by Seasonal Bliss and is protected by copyright under the laws of Australia. You are not to reproduce, transmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material to any third party without the express prior written consent of Seasonal Bliss. Save for the above, and unless expressly granted, Seasonal Bliss does not grant any license or right in, or assign all or part of, its intellectual property rights in the content or applications incorporated into the Seasonal Bliss website or in the user interface of the Seasonal Bliss website.

Cancelation Of Order
Where there has been an order for a custom designer product we require a minimum 5 days’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery or collection date.  Special orders for pre-decorated Christmas trees, custom made Garlands and Wreaths require the same notice. An administration fee of $120.00 will be charged, we are unable to cancel an order that has been completed, packed and either ready for collection or delivery.

All personalised orders cannot be cancelled due to the special nature of the ordered item.

Images
All product images and graphics are for illustration/reference purposes only. Colours and shades may vary from original image/description. For photographic purposes some products are displayed with other display props that are not included for example glasses, dishes, flowers etc. Please read the contents list of the product you are ordering carefully to establish what is included.

Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify and hold Seasonal Bliss harmless from any claim, cost, demand or damage (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) incurred or which may be incurred arising from a breach by you of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Item Substitutes
All attempts are made to provide products as displayed on our website and other media, however should an item be temporarily unavailable we reserve our right to substitute any item with a similar item of equal or greater value. Occasionally, and especially during our peak times,  items that are displayed on our website and purchased by you, may not be readily available.  Usually this is the result of timing differences or a shortage of supply by our overseas suppliers.  If this occurs, we will notify you immediately and inform you of when the item will be available.

Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Seasonal Bliss, its related bodies corporate and any of their respective directors, officers, employees or agents be liable, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive loss or damages or any loss or damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or access to use the website or its contents. Seasonal Bliss is not liable to you or anyone else if interference with or damage to your computer systems occurs in connection with use of the website or any linked website. You must take your own precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use from the website or any linked website is free of viruses or any other thing that may interfere with or damage the operations of your computer systems. We are not liable for loss of any kind (whether direct or consequential) arising from the information at this site, or a linked site, being inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, and are not responsible for any interpretation, opinion or conclusion you form from the information. Pricing
All prices stated are in Australian Dollars and include GST but do not include delivery fees.  In the event that a refund is requested and approved the refund will be made to the original credit card, PayPal or other payment gateway that was used at time of payment. All descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Sales

All sales will be delivered as soon as possible. See our Shipping Terms as to extra costs that may occur. We will quote you so you are aware of any extra costs that may occur due to location and or size of products. We reserve the right to cancel any item due to the location and or fragile nature of the item.

Use Of Website Content
You must not attempt to change, add to, remove, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with this website or any material or content displayed on the Seasonal Bliss website.
