Returns and Refunds
We love happy customers and hope we don’t hear from you!
If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty or not as described please let us know within 7 days of purchase, we do not however refund for change of mind. We reserve our right to deny any claim or return. When we are preparing and packing your order extra care is taken to protect your order during shipping. In rare occasions breakages can happen whilst in transit and Seasonal Bliss cannot be held responsible for damage caused by Couriers, Australia Post, misuse or damage caused by other parties. Returns must be return to us in original packaging and shipping protection and conditions. All freight costs for return of goods is at the expense of the purchaser, except if Seasonal Bliss has sent an incorrect order. Seasonal Bliss will not be responsible for return goods being lost in transit and suggest registering your return with your courier.
Please advise by sending an email to info@seasonalbliss.com.au with your name, date, order reference number and reason for return.
